Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leeds & Northrup 63908 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leslie-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pilz product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 3UC66003B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 05905B0X9 manufactured by Leslie-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Leslie-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 774314PNOZX3110V24V by Manufacturer Pilz as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Moog Brand SR8020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Okk such as YM9095330A equipment made by Okk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 291105301 made by Coto-Technology as well as the popular 986032702 original spares produced by Praxis

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D0204 by Mori-Seiki and YM9095330A spares by Okk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PNOZX106S4O Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pilz.
