Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Linmot E1030-DP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mannesmann-Dematic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnettek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Lytron,-Gems product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mannesmann-Dematic such as the LDBV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 637540201F2 manufactured by Magnettek and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnettek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2200BGF600223DA by Manufacturer Lytron,-Gems as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Magnetrol Brand 9617DA0130 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Littelfuse such as RXEF040 equipment made by Littelfuse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Littelfuse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Littelfuse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CPM200AC made by Loveshaw-Itw as well as the popular PCR1820 original spares produced by Load-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 743111 by Lutez and RXEF040 spares by Littelfuse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
