Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lucas GCA-121-250 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Switch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Micro-Safe product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Motion such as the CMF010M321NRAZEZZZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FEMLS9BSR manufactured by Micro-Switch and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Switch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC47SR20450LCM10003X03R by Manufacturer Micro-Safe as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mercoid Brand DS23335 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Metrix such as ST691715100 equipment made by Metrix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metrix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metrix" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XA101H3DHM7 made by Magnetrol as well as the popular MODELD40SSS original spares produced by Micro-Motion

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PN96025100 by Mst and ST691715100 spares by Metrix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Z12262D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Meriam-Instrument.
