Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lw Scientific ICL-030L-D102 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Marsulex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Meiki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Magnetrol product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Marsulex such as the DVP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M341TP manufactured by Meiki and we are pleased to be able to service most Meiki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B104H3BBEF by Manufacturer Magnetrol as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Martin Brand 40404 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Max-Motosports such as 5071285 equipment made by Max-Motosports have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Max-Motosports products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Max-Motosports" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 463A7417P0001 made by Masoneilan as well as the popular 51400712100 original spares produced by Measurex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 330S14B0A002167000000 by Mcr-Technologies and 5071285 spares by Max-Motosports are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MR1200N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Matsui.
