Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the M & M Precision Systems 30857E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Extron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Macro-Sensor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Extron such as the M8210060700 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 815939801 manufactured by Magnetek and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GHSA750500 by Manufacturer Macro-Sensor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mac Brand MVP3AAAAADMDDAP1DG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Magnetek such as GPD403A00500 equipment made by Magnetek have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 111300D1 made by Magnetic-Specialties as well as the popular 095132003 original spares produced by Magnetrol

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D047 by Magnetek and GPD403A00500 spares by Magnetek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A103FS1M3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetrol.
