Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Maho products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Gepruft product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Maho such as the 402222468869 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the STACAB004T1E1A1 manufactured by Magnetek and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K13132263036SKBI64C64 by Manufacturer Gepruft as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Magnetek Brand CIMRVU4A0005BAA4004GM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Malcom such as IP54095042 equipment made by Malcom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Malcom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Malcom" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MVB00340P71 made by Magnetek as well as the popular EP313020 original spares produced by Mamac

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BLQ43S302000 by Magnetic and IP54095042 spares by Malcom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 816467702 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetek.
