Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Macro Sensors HSAR-750-3000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moore parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Macurco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts such as the TTAR8M0100R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PIX315PSIG420MA1242DCGA1 manufactured by Moore and we are pleased to be able to service most Moore systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RD6 by Manufacturer Macurco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Milltronics Brand XPP4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Marposs such as 635321000 equipment made by Marposs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marposs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marposs" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TH2Z78 made by Mokon as well as the popular RBU0120 original spares produced by Mts

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RHM0300MD701S2G1100 by Mts and 635321000 spares by Marposs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 197103E5028A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mpc.
