Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Macron Dynamics MSA-NBC-0-GB-A01-575 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Magnetek product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the HPV6002060R0E101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GPD506VB096 manufactured by Magnetek and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GPD505V21 by Manufacturer Magnetek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Manifold Brand RTU425 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Makino such as V012 equipment made by Makino have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Makino products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Makino" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available B19035F made by Mag-con as well as the popular BK350097 original spares produced by Magtrol

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 71616G3M4030171616G3M40301 by Magnetek and V012 spares by Makino are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 95131001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetrol.
