Magne Motion Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Magne Motion Magnet and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Magne Motion Magnet include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Magnet if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Magnet repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Marco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mersen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Marsh product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Marco such as the 10BH1141X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A051B2DAR038 manufactured by Mersen and we are pleased to be able to service most Mersen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 966090000 by Manufacturer Marsh as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Magpowr Brand CygnusE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Metal-Defender such as AT310 equipment made by Metal-Defender have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metal-Defender products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metal-Defender" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 75204 made by Matrox as well as the popular MOREVOE original spares produced by Matrox
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MUB3C403 by Magnetic-Autocontrol and AT310 spares by Metal-Defender are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 09003300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Men-Mikro-Elektronik.
