Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Magnetek GPD403-A005-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Maple products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magneter-Century parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Man-Roland product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Maple such as the HMI520M002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1036453901 manufactured by Magneter-Century and we are pleased to be able to service most Magneter-Century systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IPSAOT1 by Manufacturer Man-Roland as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Magpowr Brand C10FR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Magtech such as LTM1001LTM1003 equipment made by Magtech have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 218A4497P3 by Magnetic and LTM1001LTM1003 spares by Magtech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7VK56T17F2042BG547 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marathon.
