Magnetic Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Magnetic TLG10 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Magnetic TLG10 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TLG10 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TLG10 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mazak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mars product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mazak such as the MH401B2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 96150A0010 manufactured by Magnetrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 61776 by Manufacturer Mars as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Marposs Brand 882I600930 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Metalrota-Srl such as 110X80 equipment made by Metalrota-Srl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metalrota-Srl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metalrota-Srl" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ST5484E made by Metrix as well as the popular 500a original spares produced by Mb-Electronics
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KP1393 by Melec and 110X80 spares by Metalrota-Srl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
