Magpower Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Magpower Digitrac and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Magpower Digitrac include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Digitrac if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Digitrac repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mcg such as the BMC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 213THTL7736 manufactured by Marathon and we are pleased to be able to service most Marathon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 286THTNA7026 by Manufacturer Marathon as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Medar Brand Dep100s in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Marposs such as 341404305213ZT0010 equipment made by Marposs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marposs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marposs" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 52402402 made by Metler-Toledo as well as the popular 166382 original spares produced by Menziken
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TPC1061TD by Mcgs and 341404305213ZT0010 spares by Marposs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
