Matrox Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Matrox STD-Alpha and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Matrox STD-Alpha include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the STD-Alpha if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our STD-Alpha repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mci products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mattke parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Matsushita product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mci such as the 478373 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MTRF485 manufactured by Mattke and we are pleased to be able to service most Mattke systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TS4513N8075E200 by Manufacturer Matsushita as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Matsui Brand RV5S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mcd-Elektronik such as 5423 equipment made by Mcd-Elektronik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mcd-Elektronik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mcd-Elektronik" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HEDS5540A11 made by Maxon as well as the popular Y725902 original spares produced by Matrox
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GTMECSAMPLE by Matrox and 5423 spares by Mcd-Elektronik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
