Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mbb LG 254-250/05 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Midori products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Safe parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mts product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Midori such as the CP2F15SRB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC4730300X manufactured by Micro-Safe and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Safe systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A81040006a by Manufacturer Mts as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Msa Brand XJCTG2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micro-Motion such as CMF025M321NABAEZZZ equipment made by Micro-Motion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Motion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Motion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ENV05A made by Murata as well as the popular AT100STR90 original spares produced by Montronix

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9739MVD by Micro-Motion and CMF025M321NABAEZZZ spares by Micro-Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
