Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mettler such as the PG203S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9301 manufactured by Merrick and we are pleased to be able to service most Merrick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 19240950B by Manufacturer Merrick as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ferraz-Shawmut Brand M253 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mettler such as SLD425 equipment made by Mettler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DA312RG4 made by Mercoid as well as the popular PT100S7120 original spares produced by Mettler
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPCJR by Mercoid and SLD425 spares by Mettler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Valmet Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metso-Automation.
