Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Megatronic Control CA-2000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Metal-Work products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metropolitan-Lighting parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mercoid product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metal-Work such as the 212Z32F01OCN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N712BP manufactured by Metropolitan-Lighting and we are pleased to be able to service most Metropolitan-Lighting systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PBLT2540 by Manufacturer Mercoid as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Micos Brand LS65 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Misumi such as LS1004220E40PRC2 equipment made by Misumi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Misumi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Misumi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VK30 made by Menziken as well as the popular PA2000G original spares produced by Microe-Systems

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BSJM13260F38E22P10Q10NTW by Misumi and LS1004220E40PRC2 spares by Misumi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AL84B2N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Miller.
