Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Melsec Mitsubishi A61PEU A2UCPU A38B-UL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Merlin-Gerin products, including obsoleted and phased-out Michael-Riedel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mettler product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Merlin-Gerin such as the 6739817XD2E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 208 manufactured by Michael-Riedel and we are pleased to be able to service most Michael-Riedel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PE600 by Manufacturer Mettler as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mettler Brand SLD425 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mfm-Technology such as MO44X1003340 equipment made by Mfm-Technology have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mfm-Technology products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mfm-Technology" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TSD8V03C made by Mge as well as the popular A413139 original spares produced by Metso-Automation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 19240950B by Merrick and MO44X1003340 spares by Mfm-Technology are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 14092800A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mettler.
