Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Merge Technologies ISDN 2000AF parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mettler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mettler product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mge such as the 6716790 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 30280772 manufactured by Mettler and we are pleased to be able to service most Mettler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B514798367 by Manufacturer Mettler as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Valmet Brand D201832 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micro-Link such as 97140 equipment made by Micro-Link have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Link products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Link" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C15686800A made by Mettler as well as the popular 030004 original spares produced by Mesabi-Control-Engineering

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 66083 by Ferraz-Shawmut and 97140 spares by Micro-Link are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 732ICDETECTOR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metrohm.
