Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Metrix ST5484E-121-644-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Epsilon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Micronova-Snc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Epsilon such as the IF2004B2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 51027918XD4CA manufactured by Mge and we are pleased to be able to service most Mge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BARSERI21896 by Manufacturer Micronova-Snc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Micromotion Brand MMI20011847 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micro such as 1002716 equipment made by Micro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D201126 made by Metso-Automation as well as the popular D201134 original spares produced by Metso-Automation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S322BA1B1C1D1EOF1G0H2 by Powell and 1002716 spares by Micro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2PH1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microswitch.
