Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Metso Automation A413240A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Metso-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Micro-Motion product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metso-Automation such as the A413040 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 192X64KKPB1LC8DC9G1B63003 manufactured by Micro-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DL50SSS by Manufacturer Micro-Motion as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mge Brand 6730180 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micromotion such as CMF010M324NB equipment made by Micromotion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromotion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromotion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E14092400A made by Mettler as well as the popular 2PH1 original spares produced by Microswitch

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P146834 by Metso-Automation and CMF010M324NB spares by Micromotion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B2100A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Join.
