Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microfast ASY-M4000-D3600 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Midwest products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-link parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Milltronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Midwest such as the MMPD22490H90VGP52022 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3305190504A5A3 manufactured by Micro-link and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-link systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Centurion6 by Manufacturer Milltronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Milnor Brand 08BS016AB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Minarik-Electric such as 1700456 equipment made by Minarik-Electric have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 87240472B by Midwest and 1700456 spares by Minarik-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B075LP7JK Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Impervitran.
