Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microscan FIS-0004-0001G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Microtec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microstar-Laboratories parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Millie-Marc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Microtec such as the SCALD24 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DAP84010320 manufactured by Microstar-Laboratories and we are pleased to be able to service most Microstar-Laboratories systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 266400110 by Manufacturer Millie-Marc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mini-Circuits Brand ZAPD21 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cincinnati such as 35330121G equipment made by Cincinnati have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cincinnati products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cincinnati" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available uSTEPPER made by Microtek-Controls as well as the popular CT124CT124PA1 original spares produced by Minco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A171SHCPU by Mitsubishi and 35330121G spares by Cincinnati are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SIDIAN105 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microswitch.
