Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microscan FIS-0860-0002G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Milnor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microswitch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Lab-volt product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Milnor such as the 08BSPDTx spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SIDIDCSIDBPSSID2000SIDBBC manufactured by Microswitch and we are pleased to be able to service most Microswitch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 46603104660300 by Manufacturer Lab-volt as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Microtrak Brand 80561600 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Milltronics such as 182998192997B99658 equipment made by Milltronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Milltronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Milltronics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RS05155D made by Microtec as well as the popular DOULSUE2SREV3 original spares produced by Mirae

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MC724B1 by Mitsubishi and 182998192997B99658 spares by Milltronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
