Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microstar Laboratories DAP3200A/415 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Computer-Conversion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Abb product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Computer-Conversion such as the DBC102PS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS215SLCCG2AZZ01B manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSPC172H57310001MPDSPC172H by Manufacturer Abb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Indramat Brand DDS21W015DA0100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Abb such as DSQC117 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DDSCRGL60S3 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular E12889400A original spares produced by Mettler-Toledo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ET080B04PA000N00FMDH0275A by Cylinder-Division and DSQC117 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EMD10FST Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer B--B-Electrinics.
