Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Milnor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Minimotor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Misumi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Milnor such as the 08BS816BHT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC530M4T manufactured by Minimotor and we are pleased to be able to service most Minimotor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LX26CM162DJ114853 by Manufacturer Misumi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mikul Brand 6075 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yaskawa such as UTOPI020MX equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C4D17NK37B by Minarik and UTOPI020MX spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
