Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mitsubishi HD 81-12S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Baumuller product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the G99T915A01042556001F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GSS042MHBR063C32 manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GNAG180SV by Manufacturer Baumuller as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mitsubishi Brand HCSFS102B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as GPP7453 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GMP3340 made by Baldor as well as the popular F71320B5J original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HB382GH80G4 by Dodge and GPP7453 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H154 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marathon.
