Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Modicon S42K-E00-F010 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out U-S-Electrical parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Westinghouse product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the PMB31D2011400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R343B manufactured by U-S-Electrical and we are pleased to be able to service most U-S-Electrical systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P8315 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Parvex-Ssd Brand RS320MR1115 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Light-Machines such as Prolight3000 equipment made by Light-Machines have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Light-Machines products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Light-Machines" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RGG10A230 made by Vickers as well as the popular P56SD702 original spares produced by Imperial

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RX130HR1200 by Parker and Prolight3000 spares by Light-Machines are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S42KA00F010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon.
