Montech Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Montech Roller and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Montech Roller include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Roller if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Roller repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TDY manufactured by Moore and we are pleased to be able to service most Moore systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMRS by Manufacturer Motoman as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Moore Brand 352EA21VNF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Moore such as SPA2 equipment made by Moore have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
