Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Moore Industries 16201-1/7 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Morse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Morse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Morin product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Morse such as the pb10a spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 154Q56LR20 manufactured by Morse and we are pleased to be able to service most Morse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B006US080LA99900A by Manufacturer Morin as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Moritex Brand MFHD100LR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mori-Seiki such as R1D25M equipment made by Mori-Seiki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mori-Seiki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mori-Seiki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PV269D28AAIM483 made by Oriental as well as the popular MG2092C10N original spares produced by Morse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Unclamp by Mor-tech and R1D25M spares by Mori-Seiki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
