Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Moore Industries PPI/3-15PSIG/A1-J/117AC-A0-ED8-L parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motoman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Moore-Industries product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the MVME320A1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HW9380005 manufactured by Motoman and we are pleased to be able to service most Motoman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 15628101AAF by Manufacturer Moore-Industries as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Trumpf Brand 1941036 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Morse such as 175Q56R50 equipment made by Morse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Morse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Morse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 63140077 made by Jlg as well as the popular V91021A original spares produced by Motorola

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCEPCR8070 by Moritex and 175Q56R50 spares by Morse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F6985A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Motorola.
