Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Moore Industries SIX/1-5V/4-20MA/12-42DC-RF-VTD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Morse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mori-Seiki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Motorola product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Morse such as the 237Q140H10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the I3021OAO1 manufactured by Mori-Seiki and we are pleased to be able to service most Mori-Seiki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 162212 by Manufacturer Motorola as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Motorola Brand MVME16704A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mori-Seiki such as SRBMSILK3 equipment made by Mori-Seiki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mori-Seiki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mori-Seiki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FM200014 made by Mori-Seiki as well as the popular 01W3884B03H original spares produced by Motorola

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A5E0028202606 by Moore-Industries and SRBMSILK3 spares by Mori-Seiki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original J977B3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mosier.
