Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Motoman SK16X Robot / XRC SK16X Controller parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mt-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motorola parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Motorola product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mt-Instruments such as the MATMTA21415 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3150279N02 manufactured by Motorola and we are pleased to be able to service most Motorola systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MOSCAD by Manufacturer Motorola as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Motori-Elettrici Brand TN56B2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Motortronics such as KP1407P equipment made by Motortronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motortronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motortronics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SK16XRobotXRCSK16XController made by Motoman as well as the popular 143251F1E1303 original spares produced by Motor-Power

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PPMC7502141 by Motorola and KP1407P spares by Motortronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MVME205 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Motorola.
