Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Muller & Weigert 4216.1422.4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nais products, including obsoleted and phased-out Multiwave parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Nana-Electronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nais such as the FP0C32PA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TP588 manufactured by Multiwave and we are pleased to be able to service most Multiwave systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NNC20CAW4100A4V by Manufacturer Nana-Electronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Nachi Brand B02CH019 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by National such as DNCT2032A10DNCT2032 equipment made by National have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire National products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "National" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LT4HDC24V by Nais and DNCT2032A10DNCT2032 spares by National are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
