Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Murr MCS5-115-230/24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mdb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Meiki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mda-Scientific product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mdb such as the 40040328 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 07653100000M34HBA manufactured by Meiki and we are pleased to be able to service most Meiki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 872838 by Manufacturer Mda-Scientific as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Megtec Brand eurotherm847 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Measurement-Computing such as 197728B01 equipment made by Measurement-Computing have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Measurement-Computing products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Measurement-Computing" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MTL760AC made by Measurement-Technology as well as the popular 05367900 original spares produced by Measurex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 05356601 by Measurex and 197728B01 spares by Measurement-Computing are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original me2207Ca4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen.
