Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued O-Thompson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Numatics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Asco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader O-Thompson such as the LimitCard spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 146BA43AK000030 manufactured by Numatics and we are pleased to be able to service most Numatics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 240211 by Manufacturer Asco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ocular Brand OM1622GSS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ohio-Gear such as U2300MQ56 equipment made by Ohio-Gear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ohio-Gear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ohio-Gear" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ETR9080 made by Ogden as well as the popular 031SA400C original spares produced by Numatics
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 319141301 by Offshore and U2300MQ56 spares by Ohio-Gear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RXS05C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Obara.
