Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the A201K4CAZ1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A16B21000100 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A03B0801C125 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand A10CNY2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Varian such as 9699504S004 equipment made by Varian have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Varian products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Varian" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9RV6A9 made by Midwest as well as the popular A06B6047H041 original spares produced by Fanuc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A05B2490C200EMH by Fanuc and 9699504S004 spares by Varian are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
