Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the National Instruments PXI-6704 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ingersoll-Rand parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Berger-Lahr product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the VLT5006FT5B20SBR3DLF00A00C0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QE8ST090F41S08 manufactured by Ingersoll-Rand and we are pleased to be able to service most Ingersoll-Rand systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TLC4342F312111 by Manufacturer Berger-Lahr as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Honeywell Brand XL100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Telemecanique such as TSXP67455 equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TRANS01M040000OP00 made by Indramat as well as the popular TLC6322F2121110163463200001 original spares produced by Telemecanique

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SNAT631PAC by Abb and TSXP67455 spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TPSE1240X Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
