Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nematron IPC1500T-I5-4GB-160SS-7-DC-NL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued North-American-Electric/siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Nemic-lambda product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader North-American-Electric/siemens such as the 1000B0404XHT128S4000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1AZBDH90S4CUS manufactured by Nord and we are pleased to be able to service most Nord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JWS10024 by Manufacturer Nemic-lambda as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Nematron-Corp Brand NPC354C0UD00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by North-American-Electric/siemens such as 1000B1004XHT128S4000 equipment made by North-American-Electric/siemens have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IWS17001 by Nematron and 1000B1004XHT128S4000 spares by North-American-Electric/siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1102406139B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Netstal.
