Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kaydon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quantis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Century product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kaydon such as the KG080XP0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HB483CN56C manufactured by Quantis and we are pleased to be able to service most Quantis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H03I by Manufacturer Century as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Conedrive Brand H0502 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rexnord such as LBP882TK750 equipment made by Rexnord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexnord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexnord" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available K402WG0200MT20F made by Stober as well as the popular HRF71820B5HP16 original spares produced by Boston
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LLH8003437 by Formsprag and LBP882TK750 spares by Rexnord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
