Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nord 3382VZ-63L/4CUS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Peer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ntn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Reeves product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Peer such as the 80Rx10ft spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6202ZZC35C manufactured by Ntn and we are pleased to be able to service most Ntn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H95503 by Manufacturer Reeves as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Optima Brand 8M240020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Paper-Converting-Machine-Co such as 102653 equipment made by Paper-Converting-Machine-Co have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R25R10BX by Ptc-Link-belt and 102653 spares by Paper-Converting-Machine-Co are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CGM3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ormazabal.
