Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nord SK-9053.1AF-N140TC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Novellus products, including obsoleted and phased-out North-American parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Nordson product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Novellus such as the 0225554400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H6415AMP00 manufactured by North-American and we are pleased to be able to service most North-American systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 400815B by Manufacturer Nordson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Nsd Brand V8M1211S02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Norgren such as A1655A1 equipment made by Norgren have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Norgren products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Norgren" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SK1SMI63VXN56C made by Nord as well as the popular D83251801 original spares produced by Nordic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 91AH34A0A by Nordic and A1655A1 spares by Norgren are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
