Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the North American Electric 2010B-0603RP01-13Q-2-055 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pack-Driver product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the A08101A09 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MIV04A1B5 manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AKBX503 by Manufacturer Pack-Driver as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Parker Brand SLVD2ND in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as 1GN2733 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ORN043 made by Ormec as well as the popular 10060629 original spares produced by Okuma

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GVU3E by Parker and 1GN2733 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CV500PS221CV500PS221 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
