Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the North American Electric NA-ATLB-25HP-480-120-N412 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nsk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Numatics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the LAS25ALZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the W407WF manufactured by Nsk and we are pleased to be able to service most Nsk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S4CL by Manufacturer Numatics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has North-American-Electric Brand PESS254TC15M2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nsk such as W4009 equipment made by Nsk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nsk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nsk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AS0408FN001 made by Nsk as well as the popular PESS184TC5M4 original spares produced by North-American-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SB1453 by Num and W4009 spares by Nsk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LWG225 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Novotechnic.
