Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Okuma BLII-D15A_BL2-D15A__1006-0611-82-01_ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grundfos parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Notifier-Co product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electric such as the CK95BE311N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DME6010ARPVECF21A3A3B manufactured by Grundfos and we are pleased to be able to service most Grundfos systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CPU2020 by Manufacturer Notifier-Co as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Asea Brand DSQS173 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as CR1B571S11 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CPU04A506 made by Japax-Cpu-04-a506 as well as the popular DR450T1000100010C3000111 original spares produced by Honeywell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS3800HADA1B1B by Ge and CR1B571S11 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ES1221 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge-Fanuc.
