Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron E5ZN-2QNH03TC-FLK parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Simpson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Panasonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Simpson such as the NotListed spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ZUEP1110 manufactured by Panasonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Panasonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E5CSVQ1TFAC1002 by Manufacturer Omron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Syrelec-Crouzet Brand 8150001S9999H88857301 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pma such as KS5011400090U49 equipment made by Pma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pma" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TR600000013332 made by Qualitrol as well as the popular IESW8 original spares produced by Weidmuller

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SC301500002A by Rtp and KS5011400090U49 spares by Pma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5005007 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Texas-Instruments.
