Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron OS32C-BP-4M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pepperl product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the AGSE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0115100110033 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UJ75030GKI3Y91338 by Manufacturer Pepperl as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Pcb Brand 356A18 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sick such as CLV4200910S06 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available S14T4C635 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 1240B1X1 original spares produced by Opcon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0183D22K2N00A060T20E5R01R05R06Q8 by Rosemount and CLV4200910S06 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
