Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron V640-HAM11-V4-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Butler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Optex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Opto product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Butler such as the BSM80C375BXXS2P307W058W0807227022 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CD3330NA manufactured by Optex and we are pleased to be able to service most Optex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E46203LR38595001824D by Manufacturer Opto as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Opto Brand SNAPBRSHA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omega such as CT1200A equipment made by Omega have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omega products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omega" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CD33120CNA made by Optex as well as the popular PS2305A original spares produced by Opto

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2lb10n1 by Oriental and CT1200A spares by Omega are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OMS100024 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lambda.
