Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific 42VM62-201-5 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Panasonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Parker product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the R45HCNAR2NSVS00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AFPXTR8 manufactured by Panasonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Panasonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LM1501278 by Manufacturer Parker as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Parker Brand M783E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Parker such as GVU12RNK equipment made by Parker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parker" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 512C08000000 made by Parker as well as the popular 8027068E original spares produced by Parker

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 802770B by Parker and GVU12RNK spares by Parker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AIGN15X232MV2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic.
