Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific H42HCLT-LNK-NS-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Exlar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro-Craft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Newport product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Exlar such as the GS300302OFMEM1MV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G240BEF manufactured by Electro-Craft and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-Craft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ESP6000 by Manufacturer Newport as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Marathon Brand GT0509 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as E702 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FDET4C3B1R05042 made by Cem-Parvex as well as the popular G817 original spares produced by Syncrogear

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ECP83587T4 by Baldor and E702 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FC307PT4C55STR1D0F00X400B341001D0495154 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss.
