Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific PMA42P-00100-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vexta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Westamp product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the MSK060C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PK566AWP10 manufactured by Vexta and we are pleased to be able to service most Vexta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT4333 by Manufacturer Westamp as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sanyo Brand P80B22450LCX2A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as P18G5336C equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P44G0520G made by Reliance as well as the popular P28G312LG3YQ original spares produced by Reliance

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N0921GENMSN by Parker and P18G5336C spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NA20130FX11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nikki-Denso.
